Refund policy
Last updated 19 October 2026. MacroBridge is run by Obegi Software LLC. Contact: [email protected].
Payments are not switched on for this site, so nothing can be bought here at the moment and this policy applies to nothing yet. It says how refunds will work for the automated conversion if it goes on sale. The fixed-price service is agreed, and paid, as its written plan sets out.
The rule
If the conversion does not do what your report said it would, you get your money back in full. That is the whole policy. You do not need to argue it, and you do not need to prove it twice — the report is a written record of exactly what was promised, produced before you paid, and it is still at its own URL.
When we refund
- The delivered Apps Script does not run, or throws where the report said it would work.
- A procedure the report graded Green did not convert, or converted into something that does not do the same thing.
- You paid and nothing was delivered.
- You paid for the wrong workbook and have not used the output.
- You changed your mind and ask within 14 days, before the converted Sheet has been used in earnest.
When we will not
- An Amber procedure behaves differently in a way the report explicitly described. That difference was written down before you paid; that is what Amber means.
- A Red procedure was not converted. You confirmed each Red item individually before checkout would open, and that confirmation is on file with its timestamp.
- You want the conversion of a different workbook. Each workbook is a separate purchase.
If you think the report itself was wrong — that it graded something Green which was not convertible — that is not a grey area. That is our defect. Say so and you get a refund.
How to ask
Use the refund request form. It takes two fields and gives you a reference number immediately. Or email [email protected] with your report URL.
How long it takes
A person reads every request and replies to the address you gave. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank typically takes a further five to ten days to show it. When the refund goes through, your report page stops offering the conversion — the report itself stays yours.
Chargebacks
Please ask us first. A chargeback costs us the fee and tells us nothing about what went wrong, and this product exists because nobody listened to the reviews of the alternative. If you have opened a dispute we will suspend access while the bank decides, and we will still want to know what broke.
